What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €2.50 per person per day. For further information, please visit the Livigno municipal website.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, bank transfers and credit cards, except American Express. Furthermore, we do not accept cheques.
Can I book online?
Of course! Our digital booking system is simple, clear and convenient, because you will always get the best rate and exclusive services. At the time of booking, we will ask you for a valid credit card number and expiry date to guarantee your stay. In the absence of this information, the booking cannot be considered confirmed.
What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the period chosen. You can consult them in the booking engine during the booking process or contact us directly for further information.
What kind of treatments do you offer?
You can choose between B&B, half board or full board.
Do you have parking or a garage?
Yes, we have free outdoor parking and a covered, heated garage available for an additional daily fee of €15.
Do the rooms have balconies?
All our rooms have balconies and offer magnificent views of the mountains or the village.
Do you have rooms for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have no particular architectural barriers and we have two equipped rooms, accessible by lift. Before booking, we recommend that you contact us directly to let us know your requirements.
I am travelling with my children. Are there any services available for them?
Of course! We love children and we take special care and attention of them too. You can request cots, bed rails and cots in your room, and at the restaurant you will find comfortable high chairs as well as simple, tasty and balanced dishes suitable for even the youngest children. And to top it all off, we have an indoor playroom just for them!
What are the breakfast times?
Our sweet and savoury breakfast buffet is available from 7.30 am to 10 am.
Do you have an in-house restaurant?
Yes, we have an in-house restaurant that is also open to external guests, both for lunch (from 12:00 to 14:00) and dinner (from 19:00 to 20:30). Here you will find typical Valtellina specialities, the finest Italian cuisine and options for vegetarians and vegans, as well as delicious homemade desserts and an extensive wine cellar.
Does the restaurant and breakfast offer options for people with coeliac disease and/or food intolerances?
We pay close attention to the needs of each customer and, upon request, we can prepare specific dishes for those with coeliac disease (though we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination) and food intolerances. Please let us know your requirements when booking and we will do our utmost to ensure you enjoy a delicious, tailor-made meal.
Does the hotel have a wellness centre?
Yes, our brand new spa offers a sauna with panoramic views, a Turkish bath, a massage room and a fabulous terrace with a solarium and heated Jacuzzi to enjoy in both winter and summer. Available daily from 3pm to 7.30pm, the SPA area is reserved for guests aged 16 and over to ensure peace and tranquillity, at a cost of €10 per visit.
Is it possible to book a massage?
Yes, upon request and for a fee, you can book a massage or treatment. Our dedicated room has a splendid window overlooking the mountains, doubling your sense of wellbeing! Please ask for information at reception or when making your booking.
Do you have a ski and boot storage facility?
Yes, we have private, heated lockers to keep your equipment warm and dry at all times.
Do you offer services for cyclists?
Of course! Ours is also a bike hotel, which is why you will find many services dedicated to cycling enthusiasts: secure storage, a convenient washing area, a workshop equipped for minor repairs, a washing and drying service for technical clothing, and dedicated nutrition – with packed lunches available on request! – and information material on routes and bike parks. Perfect for those who want to explore Valtellina by bicycle!
If I don't have my own, can I hire a bike from you?
Yes, you can use our City Bikes free of charge and enjoy a nice ride on the cycle path just 200 metres away, or venture out to explore the surrounding area.
Do you accept pets?
We accept small and medium-sized pets for an additional charge of €20 per day. They are permitted in the restaurant and common areas, with the exception of the spa.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have fast Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire building.
Do you have packages that include ski passes?
Yes, at certain times of the year, you can find special packages with ski passes included among our offers.
Do you organise ski lessons?
