Our location in the centre of Livigno – at Via Pontiglia, 149 – is perfect for a mountain holiday that combines adventure, exploration and relaxation.

Here, everything is within easy reach: the ski lifts of the Mottolino and Costaccia ski areas are just 100 metres away, perfect for skiing in winter and for enjoying trekking and climbing in summer. What’s more, right in front of the hotel, you’ll find the free bus stop to take you to the slopes. If you want to enjoy a walk or a bike ride, the cycle and pedestrian path is just 200 metres away, while the streets of the town centre and shopping areas are just around the corner.

If you arrive by car, you can conveniently park at the hotel, in the outdoor car park or in the covered and heated garage, and discover Livigno on foot, without any stress. If you are using a satnav to find us, avoid Via Pienz – restricted traffic zone! – and enter from Via Pontiglia, where you will find us waiting to welcome you with a smile.
